LASEC (=LAst SEConds) is a low-priced "black-box" for cars reconstructing any critical traffic situation in form of a true-to-scale 3D-video-and-sound-animation. LASEC is an absolutely incorruptible and objective witness of accident. The course of events can be replayed as many times and from as many perspectives as needed, real-time or slow motion. If stopped, any parameters like speed or distance can be exactly measured as given by the actual 3D-situation.
